Creamed Honey With Chilli

Creamed honey with chilli combines the delicate sweetness of blossom honey with a pleasantly spicy note of chilli. With a mild heat level of 2/5, it is an excellent choice for anyone who enjoys an interesting balance between sweet and slightly spicy flavours.

Creamed honey with chilli contains two ingredients:

• blossom honey, produced by bees foraging on our and surrounding meadows
• chilli, grown locally for many years

Despite the special preparation process, the creamed honey remains completely natural and is not heat-treated. It retains its valuable natural components, while no flavour enhancers, sugar or other artificial additives are added during production. The characteristic texture and appearance of creamed honey are created through a special process in which the sugar crystals rub against one another, resulting in a lighter colour and a thick, creamy consistency.

Serving suggestion:

Delicious with Greek yoghurt, pancakes and gingerbread, it also creates an interesting sweet and spicy combination with grilled or baked peaches. It works equally well in savoury dishes, for example as a glaze for roasted meat, an addition to chicken or a sweet and spicy BBQ glaze for chicken wings.
