Creamed Honey with Cinnamon – A Taste of the Holidays

Creamed honey with cinnamon combines the gentle sweetness of Slovenian honey with the distinctive warm aroma of cinnamon. Its silky texture and pleasantly spicy note create a flavour reminiscent of freshly baked cookies, winter drinks and festive moments. Cinnamon is one of the world's oldest and most treasured spices, and when combined with honey, it creates an aromatic classic that is especially enjoyable during the colder months.

Creamed honey with cinnamon contains two carefully selected ingredients:

• flower honey, produced by bees from our own and surrounding meadows
• freshly ground cinnamon bark

Despite the special preparation process, the creamed honey remains completely natural and is not heat-treated. It retains its valuable natural components, while no enhancers, sugar or other artificial additives are added during production. The characteristic texture and appearance of creamed honey are created through a special process in which the sugar crystals rub against one another, giving the honey a lighter colour and a thick, creamy consistency.

Serving suggestion:

Delicious on warm bread, toast, croissants or pancakes, it also pairs beautifully with oatmeal, yoghurt or cottage cheese. Add it to tea, coffee or other warm drinks for a pleasant cinnamon aroma. It is also a wonderful accompaniment to baked apples, waffles, cookies and cakes, making it especially popular during the festive baking season.
