Creamed Honey with Roasted Hazelnuts

Creamed honey with roasted hazelnuts combines the delicate sweetness of blossom honey with the rich, nutty flavour of roasted hazelnuts. Its silky, creamy texture and pleasant aroma create a harmonious flavour reminiscent of homemade desserts, festive moments and cosy times with a cup of tea or coffee.

Creamed honey with roasted hazelnuts contains two locally sourced ingredients:

• blossom honey, produced by bees foraging on local and surrounding meadows
• roasted hazelnut paste

Despite the special preparation process, the creamed honey remains completely natural and is not heat-treated. It retains its valuable natural components, while no flavour enhancers, sugar or other artificial additives are added during the process. The characteristic texture and appearance of creamed honey are created through a special process in which the sugar crystals rub against each other, resulting in a lighter colour and a thick, creamy consistency.

Serving suggestion:

Delicious as a spread on bread, croissants, pancakes or waffles, and a perfect addition to yoghurt, oatmeal and fruit. For an indulgent treat, add it to baked apples or vanilla ice cream, or simply enjoy it with a cup of tea or coffee on colder days.
