Organic Čebular cheese from Ekosirarna Kukenberger is a matured semi-hard cheese made from locally produced organic A2 hay milk. A blend of onion, garlic, paprika, ginger and horseradish gives it a rich, distinctive flavour and an intense, memorable aroma.

Despite the variety of added ingredients, its flavour is not overly spicy. The cheese is excellent on its own, served on cheese boards or included in a carefully selected Slovenian gift set.
