Organic Dimček cheese from Ekosirarna Kukenberger is a matured semi-hard cheese made from locally produced organic A2 hay milk. It is smoked over the natural smoke of dry beech and hornbeam wood, giving it an authentic smoky aroma and rich flavour without making it pungent.

The cheese is cut into individual pieces before smoking, ensuring that every piece is evenly smoked. The entire process takes place in the producer’s own traditional smokehouse. It is excellent on its own, served on cheese boards or included in a carefully selected Slovenian gift set.
