Organic Zeliščar cheese from Ekosirarna Kukenberger is a matured semi-hard cheese made from locally produced organic A2 hay milk. A blend of parsley, mint, thyme, chives and basil from the Majnik herb garden gives it a pleasant Mediterranean aroma and a fresh, full flavour.

It pairs well with a wide variety of dishes and is also ideal for enjoying on its own, serving on cheese boards, accompanying aperitifs or including in a carefully selected Slovenian gift set.
