Description: Macerated wine. Crystalline, cherry-reddish in color, with a rim reminiscent of an onion skin. Intense aromas of ripe red apple and pear, red orange, currant, rose hip, hibiscus petals, hazelnuts, cloves and vanilla. Surprising notes of leather and forest undergrowth. The wine is dry with an accentuated softness. Fresh and mineral with sensitive tannins. The taste is intense and elegant, persistent and full-bodied. A wine with a double character that reminds the drinker of Pinot Noir. Potential: 5-7 years
