Madeira fortified wine comes from Portugal, from the Terras Madeirenses region. Fine Medium Dry is made from “Tinta Negra Mole” grapes. It is copper amber in colour. It smells like apple sauce, sweet cherry root and a little saltiness. Tastes sweet, viscous, slightly apple spicy with the addition of caramel and vanilla.
