Plomari Ouzo Adolo. Greek anise brandy. It is grown on the island of Lesbos, from where they also source anise and fennel. ''Adolo'' is the expression traditionally used by Isidoros Arvanitis for the ''heart of the distillation'', the purest part of the distilled spirit. Triple distilled.
