CHARACTERISTICS: From the Sierra de Sao Mamede mountains, 600 meters high and from vineyards over 70 years old. Castelao, Argonez, Trincadeira, Grand Noir and Alicante Bouschet grapes were used to make this iconic red wine. It was aged for 18 months in a rocky and earthy environment.Rich and intense taste, with surprising juiciness. Long aftertaste, with notes of chocolate, earth and vegetables. Pleasantly fresh.
