ABOUT THE WINEMAKER: Characterized by thick limestone marl and cool clay soil, the Kriewetz vineyard is part of the oldest parcel of their first STK Ried Sulz. The late-harvest, fully ripe Morillon grapes were traditionally spontaneously aged in small, wine-neutral oak barrels and bottled unfiltered after 24 months of aging on fine lees. Possibility of storage for 10 years and more.
