The Irishman Single Malt Irish Whiskey 0,7l. Rich, honey malt and soft notes of candied fruit come from double aging in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. It's a deep sip that stays sweet but takes you down through the rich golden whiskey. Then come the complex layers. Maybe think of a big slice of cake – with roasted almonds and runny honey. Cocoa powder. The last bit, taste it, malty and oaky. It's gentle for sure, but no pushing.
