Grappa Capovilla Tobacco. Vittorio Capovilla is considered one of the best distilleries of all time. A trained mechanic, Gianni started his career in distillation in 1974. Before that, he worked in the well-known wine machinery industry, which allowed him to understand how widespread winemaking is abroad. Gianni started by distilling carefully selected pomace, and over the years this has become his greatest passion. The Capovilla distillery is still characterized by careful selection of raw materials from their origin to processing.
