Chabasse Napoléon Cognac is a refined creation from the traditional French House of Chabasse, whose origins date back to the 19th century. Located in the Charente region, this family-owned house has combined rich heritage, distillation expertise and the careful selection of eaux-de-vie for generations, producing cognacs of distinctive character and elegance.
Crafted from carefully selected eaux-de-vie sourced from renowned growing areas of the Cognac region, this exceptional blend matures for at least 10 years in traditional Limousin oak barrels. Extended ageing develops a rich aromatic structure, remarkable smoothness and a harmonious balance of fruity, sweet and woody nuances.
It displays a warm amber colour with golden highlights. The bouquet reveals notes of dried fruit, candied orange, vanilla and delicate oak. On the palate, it is smooth, full-bodied and beautifully rounded, offering flavours of caramel, honey, cinnamon, chocolate and subtle floral hints. The finish is long, elegant and pleasantly warming, with delicate spicy and nutty nuances.
Best enjoyed neat at room temperature to appreciate its full aromatic complexity, this cognac also pairs beautifully with dark chocolate and selected mature cheeses.
Presented in an elegant gift box, Chabasse Napoléon Cognac is an excellent choice for special occasions, corporate gifts and enthusiasts of fine French cognac.
