Gautier XO Cognac is an exceptional creation from one of France's oldest cognac houses, with more than 260 years of expertise in crafting outstanding spirits. The XO (Extra Old) designation represents carefully aged eaux-de-vie that give this prestigious cognac remarkable depth, complexity and refinement.

This exceptional blend combines carefully selected eaux-de-vie from the Fins Bois, Bons Bois, Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne regions. All are aged for at least 10 years, while the oldest eaux-de-vie in the blend reach 40 years of age. Extended maturation in oak barrels creates a rich and harmonious composition, combining strength, elegance and silky smoothness.

It displays a deep mahogany colour with golden highlights. The aroma reveals notes of candied fruit, dried apricots, honey, vanilla and delicate spices. The palate is full-bodied, rounded and harmonious, with hints of chocolate, nuts, oak and fruity sweetness. The finish is exceptionally long, warm and elegant.

Gautier XO Cognac has received several international awards, including a gold medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in 2015 and the title of World's Best Cognac at the World Cognac Awards in the same year.
