CHARACTERISTICS: A rich, light yellow wine. Upon first contact, the scents of juicy fruit spread, such as quince and yellow apple, and then we perceive the scents of white flowers and delicate notes of honey, nuts and bread crust. In the mouth, the wine continues its magic, expressing freshness, playfulness and exceptional flavor development. The wine impresses us with its soft and oily texture, pleasant lively acidity and exceptional fruitiness that really excites the senses. Pairing with food: Pinot Blanc is perfectly drunk on its own, but I would also combine it with fish specialties and seafood, light meat dishes, roasts and various sauces, and salads. It goes well with various noble cheeses and dry meats. I would also drink it with lemon or orange desserts. Serve at a temperature of 7-10°C.Sugar: Dry
