Description: Yellowish green in color, exceptional nutmeg note, complemented by the scent of citrus, mint and yellow fruit. In addition to the pleasant acid, the body also builds undigested sugar, but it does not act too sweet. It is harmonious, drinkable, youthful and fresh.Yellow Muscat 100%. Grows single-spar guyot. 24-hour cold maceration, fermentation at 16C, 3 months of maturation on fine lees, then further in the bottle.
