Small Batch, hand crafted Republica Dominicana. Their full-flavoured and complex Larimar aged Domenian Republic rum is named after a rare precious stone found only within the beautiful Dominican Republic in the Caribbean. Firstly it has been aged in fine american oak casks. After which the rum has been double matured in hand-selected Pedro Ximenez Sherry butts from Andalucia. Spain. The result is rich.
