Clement Private Cask Moscatel Rum.Private Cask comes from an exclusive collection of casks hand-selected by their cellar master, Julien Thimon. This "agriculture" rum, bottled raw from the barrel, is the result of double aging. The first, in Bourbon casks for a period of 4 years and 2 months. The second - the finish was in ex-Moscatel barrels for 11 months. Its aroma profile is very rich with notes of dried plum and vanilla, before blossoming into rounded aromas of candied fruit and toast on the palate. The finish is long, balanced with fruity notes.
