Mount Gay Barbados Rum XO 1703

Mount Gay Barbados Rum 1703 XO Triple Blend Reserve Rum. Their estate has a unique terroir that they carefully use in the production of their rums. Unlike its volcanic neighbors, Barbados is almost entirely made up of coral. Their isolated and pristine location on the northern tip of the island gives them access to coral-filtered water from their original well. Only molasses from Barbados and the Caribbean is fermented with a combination of proprietary and naturally occurring yeast, then distilled using four different types of traditional copper pot stills and stills. Casks: American whiskey, bourbon and cognac. Notes: salted caramel, roasted fig, cloves, dark chocolate.
