Santos Dumont XO rum. A premium spirit made from premium aged rum from Brazil, Central America and the West Indies. Santos Dumont XO is a rum-based spirit made from molasses and cane juice. Conventional rums are generally classified as English, Spanish or French. This is something completely different. They created the perfect balance between traditional slow-fermented molasses distillates from the West Indies and Central America with traditional cane juice from Brazil. This bottle is named after Alberto Santos Dumont, who was a world-renowned aviation pioneer, aristocrat, celebrity and style icon. He was the heir to a wealthy family known as the Brazilian coffee kings, and cachaca was distilled from the sugar cane grown on the plantation.
