Champagne Blanc De Noirs Besserat De Bellefon. This cuvee is the fruit of a unique and very specific champagne production method that has been maintained by Besserat de Bellefon since 1930. A bottling that creates a lighter, more transparent effervescence. The foam is smooth, creamy and durable. A special feature of Blanc de Noirs is the absence of malolactic fermentation.
