Description: A great wine before it becomes a great champagne. This exceptional cuvée is characterized by rarity. First Edition Gosset Celebris Blanc de Blancs Vintage. It is a limited edition of 15,000 bottles. This is the first vintage Blanc de Blancs of the house. It is from the 100% Chardonnay variety.

Taste: The color is golden with emerald reflections and particularly fine bubbles. The scent is fresh, with a touch of menthol that spices up the fruity aromas of pink grapefruit and frangipane. The taste is clean and fresh with a hint of lemon. On the mid-palate, the wine conjures a range of gourmet aromas such as baked apples in salted butter,... This subtle complexity is enhanced by a spicy touch of candied ginger and star anise. The long, tonic and mineral finish evokes fresh pineapple with a touch of citrus. This excellent wine pairs well with fresh and complex dishes: fish, ceviche, carpaccio, marinated fish, tartar scallops, oysters or even grilled fish. It will also be very elegant with parmesan. Its freshness also allows it to be combined with more traditional dishes, such as white meat and poultry in a light sauce, stewed veal and even boiled kidneys. Aged 2013 - 9 years in the cellars.
