Gosset
Champagne Grand Rose Brut 0,75l

Gosset Champagne Grand Rose Brut.

Description: Gosset has a long tradition of making rosé. Champagne with a double blending process. We start by making a red mixed wine, which will then be complemented by our white wine mix. This champagne has subtle and elegant red fruit aromas and shows great freshness, minerality and length on the palate. This rosé has a high percentage of chardonnay, which creates freshness and precision, complemented by pinot noir, vinified as a white and red base wine. Red wines are obtained from different varieties of champagne and are vinified and blended to obtain very fine and crisp fruit. Bottled late spring after harvest. At least 4 years of aging in cellars. The dosage is precisely adjusted to maintain the balance between freshness and fruit without masking the character and purity of the wine. The composition is Chardonnay (55%), Pinot Noir (37%) and Pinot Noir (8%), vinified as red wine. Cellaring is at least 4 years in the cellar. After roasting, the bottles are returned and left to rest in the cellar for at least 6 months, so that the wine can smoothly adapt to the dose.

Taste: It's a pale pink with light shimmer highlights. The first whiff reveals aromas of citrus and Gariguette berries, as the champagne warms, subtle notes of red berries begin to emerge. The taste is well built with a constant balance between the tension in the acidity and the softness of the fruit. The finish gently envelops us in strawberry and raspberry aromas. The palate shows a nice roundness and lovely minerality. This is the perfect champagne to enjoy with friends, served as an aperitif or with a meal. Combine it with salmon, veal, duck breast, Asian cuisine, linguine in red pesto and all kinds of red fruit... in fruit salads, bavarois, macaroons...
