This special whiskey is created from carefully selected casks of each of its key styles dating back to the past - with one notable addition. The heart of this spirit comes from dynamic maturation in new American oak casks, which are rarely used to mature Scotch whisky. Six months of this maturation takes place in the highest, warmest areas of their warehouses during the Scottish summer. The whiskey presents a subtle blend of peat, oak and sweetness. Bottled in a natural colour, the result is an exquisite Laphroaig that they hope will surprise and delight you.
