CHARACTERISTICS: Their unfiltered red wine is assertive and enjoyable. The vines draw the beneficial influence of the wind. which gives the wine a unique and fascinating character. Perfect as an accompaniment to meat or dark chocolate at the end of a meal.

HOW TO TASTE: Tilt the bottle downwards. Swirl the bottom to settle the yeast. Uncork and try. Rich and with notes of red fruits including blackberries, cherries and plums, powerful yet elegant and balanced. It goes perfectly with white and red meat, fish dishes with strong aromas or dark chocolate. Serve at 14-20 °C
