ABOUT THE WINEMAKER: La Massa is a pearl in the heart of Chianti Classico. 27 hectares of south-facing vineyards in the beautiful Conca d'Oro in Panzano in Chianti. Wines and oils have been produced there since the 15th century; at the end of the 18th century, the then-named "Podere di Massa" became the property of Fiesole and later part of the "Spedale di Bonifazio of the City of Florence". In 1992, the long-term renovation of the vineyards and cellars began.
