Description: Jeroboam in wooden packaging. With its elegant roundness and freshness, this champagne has a very broad appeal. Its subtle, elegant structure is a characteristic expression of Champagne Gosset wines. This blend of predominantly Pinot Noir creates a fruitiness refreshed with Chardonnay giving it an elegant, mineral finish. It is bottled at the end of spring after the harvest, it matures for at least 4 years in the cellar. The dosage is precisely adjusted to maintain balance.
Taste: It has a shiny, golden hue to the eye. The aroma shows freshness and fruit with sweeteners. There are notes of lemon meringue pie with yellow fruits such as Mirabelle plums. Then, as the champagne warms, aromas of plums with a hint of honey and toasted notes begin to emerge. Champagne confirms its richness and volume. Pinot noir gives it structure and depth. Hawthorn and white flower aromas blend naturally together in a fine acidity sustained by citrus. This champagne is perfect to enjoy as an aperitif or served with a meal. It goes well with simple as well as more sophisticated dishes.
