Quality dry white wine PGI Vipavska Dolina.A Mediterranean variety that thrives beautifully in the Vipava valley, the wine is dry, golden yellow in color. Our vineyards with Malvasia are located right next to Lake Vogršček, where they have additional light from the water, because the vines suit a beautiful, sunny location.

WINNER DESCRIPTION: Viticulture with winemaking is the second pillar of their farm. They cultivate 6 hectares of vineyards, favoring indigenous white varieties such as Klarnica, Rebula, Zelen and Malvasia. They focused on the production of fresh and dry, but structurally rich young wines. In exceptional vintages, part of the grapes are macerated. It is an old process of "cooking" on pomace, which produces increasingly prized orange wines. The selection is complemented by red wines, partially aged in wooden barrels, and occasionally a specialty is also added.
