CHARACTERISTICS: Medium highlighted golden yellow color. The flower is moderately accentuated, not very wide. The aroma of pine dominates, the maturation in the wood is clearly expressed, but allows the fruitiness to express itself. Dry, stronger, with plenty of oily texture and a slightly more modest aromatic charge. Edited, longer. Food pairing: poultry, mutton, grilled fish.
