CHARACTERISTICS: Medium deep ruby ​​color. The nose is a spicy merlot variety, but in addition there are fruity aromas, which at first lose a bit of definition, but when it opens up a bit, it becomes pleasantly fruity. Dry in the mouth, medium-bodied, the tannins are supple, and the wine is mature. No excesses, but pleasant, drinkable, soft. A bit warm too.Food pairing: grill, pasta, cured meats.

ABOUT THE WINNER: Guština's wines are the harmony of the sunny location of the Biljen hills and the fresh air from the hinterland of the Trnov Forest.
