CHARACTERISTICS: Medium deep ruby ​​color. The flower is mature, discreet, calm. Very pleasant, it is difficult to separate it into individual aromas. Dry in the mouth, medium body, higher acidity. A slightly more elegant style, where the tannins have matured, and the mouthfeel is somewhat calm. Quite a good, mature merlot. Food pairing: mutton, grilled fish, steak.
