CHARACTERISTICS: Full of delicate tropical flavors of pineapple, pear and apricot, followed by a hint of citrus. Gentle acidity ensures that this wine remains refreshing, crisp and ideal for accompanying seafood and other light fish dishes. Pale straw yellow. Enchanting aromas of ripe pears, sweet oranges, flowers and a hint of almonds. The beautifully balanced acidity lingers in the mouth just as long as the rich fruit aromas, surrounded by a light note of oak and an aftertaste of honey. The finish is long with fine texture and excellent structure.Aged in French oak for 12 months. It goes perfectly with pasta in cream sauce and poultry, it goes very well with seafood or fish.
