Non-alcoholic wine Masso Antico Bianco
Origin: Italy
GRAPE VARIETY: Fiano
CHARACTERISTICS: Floral notes such as rose and orange blossom appear on the nose, while in the mouth it maintains a good acidic background, but at the same time does not hesitate to reveal its sweetness. The aftertaste is clean and long. Ideal for pairing with seafood, rice salad, white meat and various fresh salads.
VINIFICATION: after harvesting the Fiano grapes from the Masso Antico vineyards in Puglia, the wine is vinified using traditional white winemaking techniques and alcoholic fermentation. The wine is then stabilized and prepared for a dealcoholization process, carried out using membrane technology: thanks to advanced technology, the wine passes through selective membranes that gently separate water and alcohol, fully preserving its structure and aromas. The alcohol is then removed through a distillation column and the water is reintroduced into the wine.
ABOUT THE WINEMAKER: winemakers Daniele Ress and Carlo Filippi follow the entire production process with passion. Thanks to their extensive knowledge of the many terroirs and climates throughout the country, Masso Antico wines are an excellent reflection of the land in which they are produced. Masso Antico wines are produced by the Italian Schenk winery, founded in 1952 and one of the leading producers and exporters of Italian wines. Two winemakers, five enologists and highly trained staff take care of the entire production process. Long-term partnerships with a number of carefully selected grape growers across Puglia mean that the best fruit is selected to make Masso Antico wines.
