Description: The pride of Goriške Brd. Indigenous and symbolic variety. Fine and harmonious aroma. Acacia bouquet. The unique aroma of field flowers, elder, almonds, citrus, pears and acacia. The taste is soft and silky with an elegant structure. Full body with a characteristic lingering aftertaste of almonds. 100% Savignon Vert with its fruity notes and rich minerality is a signature among their wines. Produced from the Muško vineyard, 180 m above sea level, 45 years old. The microclimate and "opoka" give the wine a unique character in aroma and taste.

ABOUT THE WINEMAKER: One of the reasons their sparkling wines and wines are special is the soil. Opoka or flysch enriches their landscape, where nature and culture intertwine for generations. All this enriches their passion and daily work. Their sparkling wines and wines rest there, between the thick walls of the old part of Solkan.
