CHARACTERISTICS: Cultivated on a family farm, on the characteristic Marl and sandstone terraces of Bri, at an altitude between 120 and 250 m above sea level. Culinary: an excellent companion to all meat dishes, steaks, grilled Florentine. Excellent with all burgers and aged cheeses. Color: intense ruby ​​with a purple hue. Smell: fruity, a mix of blueberries, currants and plums. Taste: delicate fruity notes of red berries are complemented by spicy pepper notes and liquorice. Soft and rich tannins. The aftertaste is long and persistent. Serving temperature: 14-18 °C. Ripening potential: 10 years.
