CHARACTERISTICS: Cultivated on a family farm, on the characteristic Marl and sandstone terraces of Bri, at an altitude between 120 and 250 m above sea level.Culinary: It is an indispensable companion to fish - baked, salted or grilled. It goes perfectly with smoked trout, soft cheeses, light risottos and delicate pasta. Excellent with grilled vegetables. Color: A mix of light yellow and green shades. Smell: The primary aroma of white flowers, banana and pineapple is nicely complemented by the scent of red apples. Taste: Pronounced aromas of tropical fruit are followed by a full, structured, fruity, fresh taste, and then we taste the typical minerality and lasting aftertaste. Serving temperature: 8-10 °C. Ripening potential: 5 years
