CHARACTERISTICS: Cultivated on a family farm, on the characteristic Marl and sandstone terraces of Bri, at an altitude between 120 and 250 m above sea level.Culinary: Excellent as an aperitif, a good accompaniment to marinated chicken breast or fish in the oven. Color: Yellow green with golden shades. Aroma: Dried fruits and citruses intermingled with the smell of peach. Taste: Mineral taste, lots of citrus, apple in the background, pleasant sweet salty aftertaste. Sparkling: tiny, numerous bubbles in long chains. Serving temperature: 6-8 °C Maturation potential: 3 years
