CHARACTERISTICS: White, dry wine. A deeper golden yellow color. The flower is ripe, unexpectedly fruity considering the deep and ripe color. Peaches, butter, nuts. Ripe. Even honey. Dry in the mouth, stronger with a clear tannic touch and an oily texture. The taste in the mouth is softer. Structure before aroma. Balanced, calm. A very well made macerated rib in a style that is somewhere between more modern and traditional. 2021-2025. Food pairing: poultry, fish, pasta.
