CHARACTERISTICS: Produced on a family farm, on the typical Briš terraces made of marl and sandstone, at an altitude between 120 and 250 m above sea level. Cuisine: Excellent as an aperitif. It is an excellent accompaniment to blue fish, seafood, stewed and roasted vegetables, vegetable risottos. It can be served with juicy forest fruit desserts, fresh strawberries and fruit piles. Color: A mix of delicate salmon colors with purple hues. Smell: A blend of pleasant aromas of raspberry and strawberry, which in the background are nicely complemented by notes of lychee and violet. Taste: The pleasant aroma is followed by an explosive fruity, fresh taste of strawberries and raspberries, which ends beautifully with a long and lasting aftertaste. Serving temperature: 6-8 °C. Ripening potential: 2 years
