CHARACTERISTICS: Produced on a family farm, on the typical Briš terraces made of marl and sandstone, at an altitude between 120 and 250 m above sea level. Culinary: An aperitif, perfect to accompany delicate desserts, cottage cheese cake, panna cotta, Asian cuisine. Color: A mix of light yellow and green shades. Scent: A wonderful blend of aromas of lemongrass, bergamot, elderberry and ripe peach. Taste: An explosion of fruitiness starts in the mouth, citruses intertwine with ripe peach, and the remaining sugar builds up an exceptional aftertaste. Serving temperature: 6-8 °C. Ripening potential: 3 years.
