Cuisine: It can be paired with a wide range of dishes. It goes perfectly with all fish dishes, pasta, baked cheeses. Due to its character, it goes perfectly with world cuisine, both Eastern and Western. Color: Characteristic straw yellow color with a copper reflection. Odor: Prominent fruitiness in which we mainly detect the aromas of stone fruits such as white peach, nectarine and apricot. Taste: A rich, velvety blend of peach and apricot. Creamy lasting aftertaste. Serving temperature: 8-12 °C. Ripening potential: 5 years
