GRAPE VARIETY: Chardonnay

CHARACTERISTICS: Crystalline, golden yellow color and dense texture. The flower is intense and polished. Notes of cooked yellow apple, quince, lemon peel and yellow fig. A yellow rose emerges, straw and wild mint behind it. Aromas of vanilla, caramel, marzipan and roasted hazelnuts indicate that the wine has been matured in oak barrels. The note of baked buttery dough indicates lactic acid fermentation and wine maturation on fine lees. The taste is intense, soft, with well incorporated alcohol. The taste is both fresh and mineral, which balances it well. A full-bodied wine with an extremely present taste and pronounced elegance.

DESCRIPTION OF THE WINEMAKER: Three generations live and work on the farm. Their vineyards are located at the junction of Slovenske gorice and Kozjak. A favorable microclimate enables the production of high-quality and premium wines. All vineyards have been involved in integrated grape production since 2002. The wines they nurture come from rich experience and solid trust.
