CHARACTERISTICS: Laški Riesling 2024 has a delicate lemon yellow color with golden hues. The bouquet is youthful and varied, with aromas of apple, lemon, grapefruit and dried herbs. The wine is dry, with a lively, almost spicy texture, higher acids and a light to medium body. In the mouth it has a more intense effect than you would expect on the nose, with plenty of freshness and a long, pleasant finish. A distinctly lively and youthful Laški Riesling with good potential for development in the glass.

VINIFICATION: The destemmed grapes are cold macerated for a couple of hours (10°C) and pressed at low pressures. Fermentation takes place at lower temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures on fine lees.

DESCRIPTION OF THE WINEMAKER: Three generations live and work on the farm. Their vineyards are spread out at the junction of Slovenske gorice and Kozjak. The favorable microclimate allows for the production of high-quality and top-quality wines. All vineyards have been involved in integrated grape production since 2002. The wines they cultivate are the result of rich experience and strong trust.
