Hlade Muscat Sparkling Wine - Semi-sweet

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Yellow Muscat

CHARACTERISTICS: Semi-sweet sparkling wine with nice acidity. Nice small bubbles and aromas of muscat, citrus, yeast, white flowers on the nose and in the mouth. Very pleasant mouthfeel and rich finish.

VINIFICATION: Whole grape pressing. Clarification with natural settling, controlled cold fermentation, shorter maturation of the base wine on the lees in stainless steel tanks. Secondary fermentation in the bottle and at least 9 months of maturation in the bottle before disgorging.

WINEMAKER DESCRIPTION: Three generations live and work on the farm. Their vineyards are spread at the junction of Slovenske gorice and Kozjak. The favorable microclimate enables the production of high-quality and premium wines. All vineyards have been involved in integrated grape production since 2002. The wines they cultivate come from rich experience and solid trust.
