GRAPE VARIETY: Sauvignon

CHARACTERISTICS: Gentle golden yellow color with green shades. Fresh aromas of vineyard peach, passion fruit, green peppers, black currant. In the mouth, the wine is dry, mineral, defined and with pleasant acidity. A medium-bodied wine with a nice finish. 

VINIFICATION: destemmed grapes are cold macerated for a few hours (10°C) and pressed at low pressures. Fermentation takes place at lower temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures on fine lees.

DESCRIPTION OF THE WINEMAKER: Three generations live and work on the farm. Their vineyards are located at the junction of Slovenske gorice and Kozjak. A favorable microclimate enables the production of high-quality and premium wines. All vineyards have been involved in integrated grape production since 2002. The wines they nurture come from rich experience and solid trust.
