GRAPE VARIETY: Sauvignon

CHARACTERISTICS: crystalline, medium-deep golden yellow color. The flower is emphasized and defined. Aroma of lime, yellow fruit, dried herbs, white and yellow flowers. Beautifully composed. Dry in the mouth. Full-bodied, with a creamy, yet elegant body. Pleasant acids give us freshness throughout. It works lively, open. Salinity, fruitiness, freshness and fullness of flavor are attributes that convince in the mouth. It leaves a beautiful and elegant aftertaste.

VINIFICATION: pressing of whole grapes. Fermentation takes place in wooden containers. The wine matures in barrique barrels on coarse lees for one year. After bottling, it matures in the cellar for another six months.

DESCRIPTION OF THE WINEMAKER: Three generations live and work on the farm. Their vineyards are spread out at the junction of Slovenske gorice and Kozjak. The favorable microclimate enables the production of high-quality and top-quality wines. All vineyards have been involved in integrated grape production since 2002. The wines they cultivate are the result of extensive experience and strong trust.
