GRAPE VARIETY: 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 20% Šipon

CHARACTERISTICS: Sparkling wine composed of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Šipon. Comes from the Šober and Kozjak locations. Produced according to the classical method. 15 to 24 months of maturation on the yeasts.

VINIFICATION: pressing of whole grapes and separation of fractions. Clarification by natural settling, controlled cold fermentation, shorter maturation of the base wine on the lees in stainless steel tanks, 100% biological deacidification. Secondary fermentation in the bottle and at least 15 months of maturation in the bottle before disgorging.

DESCRIPTION OF THE WINEMAKER: Three generations live and work on the farm. Their vineyards are spread out at the junction of Slovenske gorice and Kozjak. The favorable microclimate enables the production of high-quality and top-quality wines. All vineyards have been involved in integrated grape production since 2002. The wines they cultivate are the result of extensive experience and strong trust.
