GRAPE VARIETY: Rumeni Muscat

VINIFICATION: The grapes are crushed and placed in a macerator, macerated for 17 days. Fermentation occurs spontaneously during maceration, as does malolactic fermentation. After a light pressing, the wine matures for 12 months in 500L acacia barrels. The wine is not fining or stabilizing, as it stabilizes itself. Before bottling, a minimal amount of sulfur is added and filled without filtration.

WINEMAKER DESCRIPTION: Three generations live and work on the farm. Their vineyards are spread at the junction of Slovenske gorice and Kozjak. The favorable microclimate allows for the production of high-quality and top-quality wines. All vineyards have been involved in integrated grape production since 2002. The wines they cultivate come from rich experience and solid trust.
