Hlade Wine ST.URBAN – DRY

ORIGIN: Slovenia

GRAPE VARIETY: 60% Laški Riesling, 30% Pinot Blanc, 10% Zeleni Silvanec

CHARACTERISTICS: light golden-yellow color with greenish hues. On the nose, aromas of ripe apples, pears and citrus intertwine, complemented by white flowers and a slight herbal note. In the mouth, the wine is dry, fresh and harmonious, with nicely balanced acids and a medium-full body. The finish is elegant, long and slightly spicy, with a touch of minerality.

VINIFICATION: destemmed grapes are cold macerated for a couple of hours (10°C) and pressed at low pressures. Fermentation takes place at lower temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Each variety ripens separately on fine lees. After a few months of maturation, the wines are bottled in our recognizable style.

WINEMAKER DESCRIPTION: Three generations live and work on the farm. Their vineyards are spread out at the junction of Slovenske gorice and Kozjak. The favorable microclimate enables the production of high-quality and top-quality wines. All vineyards have been involved in integrated grape production since 2002. The wines they cultivate are the result of rich experience and strong trust.
